Return credit

Hi, i have paid full amount of bills £740in Nov 15th 2022 but i would like to be credit returned and from now on pay by direct debit

Your post is unclear; are you saying you paid for your mobile device outright in November and now you want money returned to you so you can pay it back to Sky monthly?

it almost is. I paid the whole amount to the sky account and from this account it charges a monthly fee, please check

I'm still confused as to what you're trying to do. By the way we are mainly customers here and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Service, nor will they automatically contact you as a result of your post.

 

Is what you're currently paying monthly your data plan?
