Hello! I received my Galaxy S25 Ultra on February 2nd. Later, I decided to return the device. They sent me prepaid return labels, and I shipped the phone on February 10th. How can I confirm that they have received my device and canceled my agreement? They charged the first mobile payment today, but I already returned the device. I didn’t even open the device.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Arif4 its taking 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed so if you only returned the phone 2 days ago it could be a few weeks yet. Any overpayment should be returned by sky. Use your tracking information from Royal Mail to see if the company dealing with returns have received it.
