I have this message - Mobile services are currently being restricted There is an outstanding action on your account which is resulting in your services being restricted. Find out how to remove these restrictions Click the button to reinstate, says I Am up and running, but when I try and upgrade phone it comes back to this message. The bill is paid and up to date and always
