Restricted calls

My calls have been restricted whilst abroad.  In other words when I most need to keep in touch with my businesss.   I'm in credit.  Sky are inviting me to call them if I wish to reinstate but of course I cannot because my calls are restricted.

Services are restricted only due to non payment and it wouldn't just affect calls, it would apply to all mobile services. How are you receiving these invites to call them?

I'm receiving text and emails.   
My account was NOT unpaid.  It was paid on time in the usual monthly DD. I paid a further sum voluntarily to be in credit.

So, as I said, you're mobile services aren't restricted. Can you answer how you are receiving the invites to call?

@Ismail3 That sounds like you've hit your spend cap, you will have to find a way of making contact as Sky will require payment to clear the cap before calls are reinstated.

Thanks for going to the trouble of replying to me but I was asked if I wanted to rrr et move a cap, which I did and secondly I paid into my account so I was in credit for the next month.   This is very damaging and stressful.
