Restiction on account

Hi. I am trying to sign up to Sky mobile, but it is saying I have restrictions on my account. I had a sky marketplace amount outstanding due to a change in bank card, but this is now paid in full. How do I go about getting the restrictions removed?

You will need to find a way to contact Sky support about this so under “Need more help” might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
