I ordered a iPhone air 

 

the set up failed have way through, we are returning the phone due to reasons 

 

long story shorts it's been posted back without being cleared

What might happens is that when the company handles the returns discovers it has not been cleared that it is returned to you to do this so you might want to speak to Sky about this tomorrow by calling them to see what they say.
