Request to Reactivate My Sky Account


 I believe my Sky account is currently inactive, and I would like to request that it be reactivated. I’m trying to make a purchase, but I’m unable to do so due to the account status.

 

Could you please look into this and help me activate my account?

What makes you think your account has been deactivated?

 

What are you trying to purchase?

 

Are you a current customer with a active TV, Broadband or Mobile account?

 

Are you a returning customer trying to place an order for a new service?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
