Dear Sky Customer Service Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery of my Apple Watch Series 10, which I ordered through your service. Unfortunately, my parcel has not yet been delivered.
I provided delivery instructions for the driver to ring my doorbell upon arrival, as my telecom service is currently not functioning. Regrettably, I missed the delivery on two occasions because the driver did not ring my doorbell, and the delivery did not adhere to the one-hour window provided.
I kindly request that you arrange for a redelivery at your earliest convenience. Alternatively, I would appreciate it if you could redirect the parcel to the nearest pickup location.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.
Give Sky a call to rearrange but I doubt it can be delivered to an alternative drop off point.
