Replacment SIM
Hi
I had to order a new phone and contract as my phone was stolen over the weekend. My new phone arrived the next day but I am still waiting for my new SIM to arrive. It's been 3 working days and still no SIM card. I am completely without a phone and its been an absolute nightmare.
1. How long have others waited for replacement SIM
2. Should I just set my new device up without it and connect to wifi for now or will that just mess everything up and I should just wait for the SIM.

Re: Replacment SIM
SIM's come via RoyalMail can often take a few days...
But go ahead and set your phone up on WiFi - you can insert the SIM when it arrives...

Yes. All the SIM does is provider cellular connectivity.
The phone works fine on WiFi only. (You won't be able to get/make calls/texts or use Internet outside the house)

Re: Replacment SIM
Should it not arrive then you can order yourself another one by selecting a data plan for it via here:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled
