Thanks. I did that,, unfortunately, they still keep asking me for my "memorable" name and then it doesn't accept it, so I can't get any further. I have e mailed them, still waiting for a response .

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky don't use email for general communication. Dial again and say nothing when prompted for your telephone password. Sky should be able to verify your identity as the account holder by other means and then you can set up a new password.
