Replacement sim

I've just received a replacement sim and was told that I would get £20 off my next bill but is hasn't shown on my next statement

Sounds like you'll need to call Sky about that.  Us other customers can't apply it...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
