Messenger won't connect to internet, photos from family won't open

sky says Can't detect your services

now says sky are doing work in my area. Should be fixed by 3 August

If there's a mast issue there's not a lot you

can do.

Try WiFi calling if at home.

Report the issue to Sky and when it's fixed they may apply a credit.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
