I called up 3 weeks ago and asked for a new SIM card to be sent it has not been sent

@Stephanie60 I'm afraid you'll have to contact Sky then. We are fellow customers like you on here.

 

You should be able to view the status of any orders via the My Sky app though, have you checked there to see if it's been posted?

 

Is it also possible that you may have been sent an email about an eSIM as many phones support these now?
