Replacement sim
Phone says emergency calls only but my WiFi is working fine.. I havent got access to another phone so how can I contact sky..

Hi, could you please tell me the make and model of the device?
Quick steps to try:
If you haven’t already, sign in to activate your SIM online. Got an eSIM? You'll also need to install your eSIM on your device, if you haven't already done this.
Switch your phone off and on again. Sometimes this really does work.
Check for any network problems or planned maintenance work in your area with the Service Status checker. If there's a problem, you can request text updates. We'll then let you know when it's fixed.
Double check you’ve inserted the right size SIM card for your phone and in the right way. Our Device Support has instructions if you need some help.
Seeing an on-screen message like, 'SIM not supported' or 'Enter unlock PIN/code'? Then you might need to get your phone unlocked for it to work on the Sky network. All Sky Mobile devices come already unlocked.
Make sure airplane/flight mode isn't switched on.
Check your phone is running the latest software
If it still isn't working please let me know and we can try some further steps. The troubleshooting steps provided are actually the same ones provided by a sky advisor.

Are you new to Sky mobile, if not do any sim issues appear here for you:

If not then you will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links t the bottom to their sites.

Thankyou my phone is Samsung galaxy A05 and has been working fine till yesterday..I have done all the trouble shooting advice and still comes up "not registered on network" when I try and call someone

Hi thank you for your reply..I have gone onto sky messages on Facebook but the remote assistant couldn't help so hopefully a person will reply soon
