Hi @Layy1  you need to call sky to arrange a replacement sim. If you can't call you could try the social media links at the bottom of this page.

@Layy1 You can't order a replacement via the forum, no one here including the SKy staff have any idea who you are as your forum username is not linked to your account.

You will have to contact Sky directly to request a replacement. you cuold also try Sky's social media pages for assistance.
