Replacement sim problems
I'm trying to activate my replacement sim after losing my phone abroad. I can't however do this as sky keeps asking for a two-step verification which requires a message being sent to me with a code, a message I can't receive as I have no number until they let me activate it. It doesn't make sense, how can my password not be enough to let me do it?! Any help would be much appreciated.
