Replacement sim installed- still no network connection
I transferred from o2 to sky mobile last week. I have checked with o2 and my phone is definitely not blocked. I put the new sim in and activated it but there is no network connection/ bars at top of phone so can't receive or make phone calls. A new SIM finally arrived today yet I still have no network connection. I have been to sky mobile to activate new sim/activate replacing sim but it just takes me through to an unhelpful virtual assistant. Can anybody help me get a network connection please? ☺️

i had similar problems with transfer from O2 with Esim
after a few attempts we found out that the original connections was still in place with O2 as well as sky connections
once we went into system settings and deleted the O2 esim all worked

I am having same problem. Moved from EE to Sky last week with new phone and new SIM but keeping my phone number. Been through all the steps ie: Activation code/PAC number but Sky app says SIM still in progress. I have no network service so cannot make or receive phone calls.
