Problems getting data.

Hi. My data isn't working. I have unlimited. My texts and calls are fine. I tried doing the reconfigure thing, restarting etc and nothing. Sign on left of phone says I might be out of data! I click on the link, it then says I have restrictions due to needing to make a payment. No payments needed. No outstanding bill. I check on the sky app for mobile data, and it says I am on a null data thing. I check status and it tells me everything is working fine. Yowsers!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
