Hi, I'm needing to get a repalcement SIM card for my Mums phone which seems to be damaged.
The sticking point is that the account is set up in my Dads name who is unfortunately very ill in hospital recovering from a stroke and is currently very confused (memory) and unable to talk so can't authorise the new sim to be issuesed.
I've spoken to Sky and can access there account as I know the password but there unable to issue the new Sim.
Does anyone have any advice / solutions before I get a pay as you sim as a temporary solution.

If you can't then will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at bottom to their sites.

Thanks - I don't have my dads username / password to access the online account - I've tried but this is different to the verbal password given I've the phone - so frustrating that they can't just sent one out
