Mobile Data issues

Hi, Whenever I make or receive a call, my mobile data stops working, and I have to toggle "Flight mode" on and off to restore it. Can this issue be addressed, please?

150 is the number to call Sky about this and when doing so say nothing when asked any questions by the bot,
