My physical SIM stopped working recently so I opted to change to an eSim via online chat which was a straightforward process thanks to the representative. Thankfully I am up and running again 👍
I've since looked at trying to get a SIM and eSim through my account options but the old methods are no longer valid. The pages to request a replacement SIM have been edited or removed from the Sky website.
Surely getting a replacement SIM or eSim should be something a customer should be able to do themselves whilst logged in to their account. Online chats have always been amazing for me but the options to replace SIMs once logged in would be much quicker and easier.

Ah yes, that does sound more likely as to why the options were removed 👍
