Replace esim card with physical sim card

Hi there, I've tried everywhere to try and find a way of replacing my esim card for an actual physical sim card. Tried through my account but going round in circles and not being able to talk to anyone to get this sorted.. It's so frustrating.. Can someone help please.. Many thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

It isn't possible to order replacement sim cards online anymore so calling Sky on 150 and asking someone to order it for you is all you can do.
