Hello I my Sim card damaged and,I did order new one 4 days ago it's didn't arrive yet I can't use my Gmail or any app without Sim because need replace and,I went to sky shop they said they can't help so I need to know why it's service like this in this company?
Replacement SIM cards are sent out in the post through Royal Mail so you're waiting for that, although we have seen some posts about delays with sims being sent out.

Can you not connect your phone to a WiFi connection to be able to access your Gmail account ?
