Repair booking confirmation

Where can i find confirmation of my mobile phone repair booking?

Been waiting 4 weeks for the pre paid returns envelope to arrive. 

Spoke to them today, and they say the repair has been cancelled. He's booked the repair in again. But I can't find any confirmation,  do I'm worried the same thing is going to happen.

I've tried there, no messages on both occasions.

Gonna see if the pre paid packaging turns up this time. Then all I can do it ring them again, I guess ?
