Remove eSIM and go back to sim

Had an eSIM and am now exchanging the phone so want to remove eSIM and make it a physical SIM card any help advice would be most welcome

From reading this article it appears you would need to contact Sky support about this:

New device not compatible with Sky Mobile eSIMs? Get in touch using the buttons at the bottom of the page to order a replacement SIM card instead.

Hi @shanks1457  you would need to call sky on 150 to ask for a physical sim. You used to be able to do it in your account but no longer available.
