Remove Iphone X from devices list

I would like to remove the iphone X from the list of my devices please

Hi @Meli44  you can't. If it was sent back to sky as part of a swap or return it drops after approximately 150, otherwise they stay on your account and can't be removed.

If it's stopping you adding a new device call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
