Rejected for mobile phone

I applied for a mobile phone contract and later on received an email saying I didn't pass their credit & fraud checks. 

I don't understand the problem. I'm 35 with a decent income, a mortgage and my credit report is very good. My partners is also very good. I've never had a sky product before and my partner is a sky customer.


What is going on?

As we are just customers here there is nothing we can say other than to have a close look at your credit records to make sure all the details are correct including things like the spelling but that apart you might have to look elsewhere if you can't get a device on Sky.
