As well as paying the outstanding amount you do also need to set up your payment method again and then once the payment has been cleared by the banks your mobile should be restored.

I would assume the payment hasn't cleared so it may now be Monday before it's restored.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
