Reinstate account

Can anyone help, for a while now I'm unable to upgrade or even check out phone deals in the app or online, it says "your services are currently being restricted, at the bottom of the message, in blue it says "reinstate my services".

When I select this option, it says "Your services are up and running", then view bill.

No matter how many times I try I get the same message, and sky customer services can't seem to help either.

Hi @KateO1  if you are having no luck on the phone I would submit an official complaint to see if they can help.
