I had a 14 pro max which i purchased on 2023 june from sky and i swapped it on 2025 june and I returned the phone once i get the new one and i just wanted to know whether i got the credit amount back

The residual value of the traded in phone usually simply covers the outstanding credit owed on the device. (Any imbalance is payable/credited to the next bill)
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
