Price difference between offered and available

I currently have two sims ending and new price is £14 next payment

but after looking at VIP offers I am entitled to a lower cost contract so obviously I'd like that option.

sky mobile doesn't make this an automatic option for my next contract.

why do I have to contact by phone also this came on Boxing Day when nobody is available.

last time this happened I was literally forced into taking a new 24month contract with my tv package because I was 2 days  late getting to phone as it was another bank holiday.and I have been with sky since it started with the massive white dishes in the 90s not a great way to treat pensioners either way.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

The VIP offer are for new sims only so this will mean you would have a new number and unless you cancel the one you have now you would be paying for the additional sims as you can not directly move a number from one Sky sim without moving it to a PAYG network then back again to the new Sky sim.
