I did order a new phone but it didn't deliver yet I did contact to sky over the phone and guy said it'll get delivered in 2 working days but it's been more than that. Still waiting for my parcel and it's bit concerning now

It was supposed to be delivered on 17th September but driver didn't showed up and then I did contact to sky last week and employee responded that your parcel will be delivered in 2 working days only . And it was iPhone 16
Unfortunately DPD will be inundated with iPhone 17 orders. You've ordered a 16 at the wrong time.
