Unfortunately it doesn't mean you'll definitely pass the credit checks, which seems the likely reason for a refusal.

Daniel we were told by a decent member of staff that it is the new fraud checks that are causing difficulty. So if you are sure you're credit score is fine then it is nothing to do with that.
M hubby waited a couple of months and then tried again and got upgrade no problem. We did want to leave but banking the data is a big draw for us as we have teenagers who go through loads of data.
