Refund
I am £5-63 in credit as I am no longer a mobile customer how do I get the refund back

Hi @Muchelle1 it would normally be reimbursed to the account you used to pay your sky mobile bills from, once your final bill has been produced. If this hasn't happened you will need to call sky to arrange the refund.
