Refund

I have ordered mobile but it got cancelled but I paid for it ,till now i didn't get a refund they mentioned I'll get refund still I'm waiting for it

The automatic refund can take up to 3 weeks so if it has been longer than this then you will need to chase this up by calling Sky about it.
