I've just got a new phone and I'm setting it up and haven't put any details on the phone but there was already 4 numbers in contacts that I don't know who they are. Has anyone else had this

Hi @Jk71 if it's a new phone then unlikely anyone has had it before. Did you put your sim in from your old phone as numbers may have been stored on it ?
