Refund

I have ordered a phone but it was cancelled by your side And I am waiting for refund from last 2 weeks

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.


It’s possible you may have failed one of the required credit check(s). For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check.


Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.

How long time it will take As its simple if I am failed in credit check so my payment must be returned as soon as possible

As I've stated it usually takes about 2 weeks. You will need to contact Sky to chase it up.

I need my payment to ues for buying any other things It's not a good way to delay for long period

Agreed but as already noted you have to contact Sky.

Unfortunately your at the mercy of sky here.

 

Companies quite often take their time giving you money back - speaking from experiebce!

 

If your desperate for the money back, start an online chat with a customer agent and query the status of your refund, take screenshots!

Ask them why it's taking so long and tell them you need to money. Threaten a charge back if you feel you ain't getting anywhere.

 

With your screenshots contact  your bank, explain to them that you want to charge back the transaction, they should do this for you and usually they ask for proof that you've already tried with the company first
