I was order a mobile phone but order cancel your side but my payment not refend

It’s possible you may have failed the required credit check(s). Any upfront payment you’ve made should hopefully be refunded after about 14 days. If that time period has elapsed you will need to call Sky to chase it up.

Probabky delayed further by the 3 recent bank holidays whereby back office teams have been absent and banks have been closed.

If you have another phone you will have to call Sky in the morning about this or use social media and the likes of whatsapp or facebook messenger.

I have merged tonights post into your original thread where you stated the same thing. You've previously been given the correct advice. As we are customers here we can't help you further with this. 

If it still hasn't been refunded you’ll need to call Sky to chase it up.
