Hi Team,
I had placed an order for iPhone 15 pro max on 3rd of November'24 the amount of rupees 105£ had been debited, however later the order was cancelled and the amount was not refunded.
We would request you to please refund the amount in the original source of payment.

If you are in the correct forum the refund of the down payment should be reimbursed after about 14 days after cancellation of the order. If this has elapsed you'll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
