EE telling me my account has stopped, i am with Sky i think BT line
Just need Sky to answer my above question. There is no humans to speak to. Chat line is useless.

Your post isn't very clear. You've posted on the mobile board but the thread title mentions a BT line. Can you clarify what the issue is?

Have you recently transferred your landline from EE to Sky? If so then it may just be a courtesy email/call/text to say your account has been cancelled & that if it wasn't you to call them.
