Refund

Hi I'm trying to get a refund or look if £60 has been moved into credit but it's not showing up in credit and this was on 30th April

What will this credit before from, have you cancelled Sky Mobile within 31 days of receiving a new phone and are awaiting back a payment you have made against the device ?

I paid my bill on the 30th April and I made a mistake and sent £60 more I would like to refund that back I don't know how to do it

You do not need to be making manual payments like what you have done as you should have something like a direct debit a or a card setup so that Sky can take it automatically from you each month.

 

If you overpaid then does any credit show up against what will be your next bill ?

I have a direct debt where it takes out of my card but I don't use that card so no money was in that card I paid it off another card that's not direct debt. I checked and it still says next payment is the same. How could I get the £60 back or will that pay for my next phone bill?

A direct debit is taken directly from your bank account so a card plays no part in it.

 

If this overpayment is showing via your account then until it is then it can not be refunded back to you.
