Refund

I ordered I phone 17 pro max on 10 of January and j paid upfront 12 pounds but same day later my order cancelled and up to today i didn't get my 12 pounds refund it should be transferred my account within 14 days

The refund can take up to 3 weeks so if you want to contact Sky about this as we are just customers here you will have to call them.

It’s possible you may have failed one of the required credit check(s). For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
