Refund

The communication channels of this telecommunications company are a complete disgrace. I'm waiting for a refund, which should have been paid as soon as the service was cancelled, especially since I paid a down payment and I don't want to wait a decade for misunderstandings with an idiotic machine trained not to give answers. It's the limit. I can't believe that in the 21st century we're being strung along by companies that lack the management to be in the market. As an AI technician, I can say that this machine is trained not to give answers, but I will go to court to file a lawsuit for my money that I haven't received yet, and I haven't received any response regarding the procedure.

@Sergiomst  You're not contacting Sky by posting here, threats to go to court will hacve zero effect. 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
