Refund on bill payed twice
So I paid my phone but direct debit was charged few but late. Not bill he in credit but would like a refund or maybe have back

If the direct falls on a Saturday or Sunday then it wouldn't be taken until Monday at the earliest.
Is the credit for your payment now showing on your account because it isn't clear from what you have said if it is because if it is then it is this that can be refunded.

If had shown as credit in my account for the last 2 months but isn't now I was just wanting to know if that mean me it's been refunded and I'll receive the fund back on the card cause it's like £200 pound and I'm in the middle of moving into my first flat and it's getting pricy to set up lol

If there is no credit being shown on your account then it might well have been refunded back to you, either that or the credit has been used to pay your last couple of bills.
