Refund of up front payment for a cancelled contract

Did a request for a S25 Ultra paid the upfron fee of 216 Euros recevied a confirmation email then a minute later receveived a cancellation. I will like details and a full refund of my 216 Euros

Hi @RACHEL179  it can take up to 2 weeks or more for sky to process refunds.
