Refund not received

Hello,

My order for the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max Black Titanium 256GB with Unlimited Data Plan was cancelled on 27 September 2025, as confirmed in the email I received.

I paid the upfront cost, but I have not yet received any refund or confirmation of when the amount will be returned. How to proceed?

Hi @Amanda215  its usually 2 weeks but you are passed that. You could try calling sky or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them and see if they can help you
