Refund cheque

I'm due refund cheque to be sent in 5days but it needs to be in my name and not my ex-husband we are separated but still married

Refunds will only be made to whoever is the account holder.

You didn't confirm you're the account holder. If you are, the issuing and posting of a cheque apparently takes much longer that normal refunds.
