Refund and return issues

Does anyone know what I can do,

 

I accidently ordered an accessory and submitted a return request the next day, in line with skys policy. I didn't recieve the returns package and I've spent a whole year trying to get one?? Everytime I call I'm being passed around to different departments and being told my case is being escalated to tech but nothing ever happens. Everytime I ring I get someone even more clueless! What can I do to get a returns package as I'm paying for a product I don't need/use.

Did you actually receive this device as your wording here seems to suggest you contacted Sky the day after you ordered it so before you received it.

Hiya yeah I received it, but you have to submit a refund a day after you order or something.
