Refund call charge

When in holiday in Mauritius I did not want to use my phone only on WiFi on WhatsApp so it would be free. But  have a charge for £3.60 for an alleged 10 second incoming call but I definitely didn't answer that call. How can I get a refund please

Hi @rovers02  you would need to call sky on 150 to see if they will refund but don't be surprised if they say no, their system has registered the usesge so they may not give a refund.

Your phone clearly connected to the local cellular network (turning off data roaming is not enough).  Advice is to use airplane mode to prevent connecting to cellular.

Call Sky on 150 and see if they will apply goodwill as the charge may have been 'correctly' incurred.
