Refreshing Sim data error

I am currentlynin Fuetra ventura. 

 

My phone and my sons phone will not connect to a beteork, but keeps bringing up Refreshing Sim data! 

Have tried rebooting, tried going to 3g only. 

All I get is a draining battery,  currently I have to use a WiFi hot-spot from a family member. 

 

I'm being charged, but need phone for business.

Is SIM application setting set to 'home'?  (Needs to be 'automatic' or 'abroad')

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If sim settings are set to Automatic or Abroad try setting to Home then exit the settings then go back in and set to Abroad or Automatic.

Billing continues as normal during an issue. Once it's fixed contact Sky to see if they'll apply a credit to your account but as Sky mobile is for domestic usage don't expect anything for missing business calls.

It's very intermittent,  very frustrating will have to just put up with it until we return, and then have a conversation with SKY.
